Lunch & Learn: Blooms in Balance- Growing Gardens on Less Water

Join UF/IFAS Extension Polk County and Haines City Water Utilities to discover techniques and strategies to cultivate thriving gardens while conserving water resources. From selecting drought-resistant plants to optimizing irrigation systems, this workshop offers practical insights to create beautiful, water-wise gardens. Join us to discover the harmony between vibrant blooms and responsible water usage, transforming your garden into a sustainable oasis. Registration is preferred and seating is limited. Lunch is included for pre-registered, in-person participants that are registered by May 6, 2025. Anyone registering after that is welcome to attend, but may not be provided lunch. Requests should be made as soon as possible but at least ten days prior to the scheduled meeting.
