Moccasin Lake Invasive Removal

Keep Pinellas Beautiful is excited to host multiple invasive removal projects at Moccasin Lake Nature Park in partnership with the City of Clearwater! Volunteers will assist with the removal of invasive Caesar Weed, Potato Vine, etc. We hope you can join us for a rewarding morning of beautification and community improvement! This is a family-friendly event. Please note: Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. *** TIME: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM WHERE: Moccasin Lake Nature Park - 2750 Park Trail Ln, Clearwater, FL 33759. Please meet at the picnic shelter behind the Birds of Prey exhibit at 8:00 AM to sign in. WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear closed-toed shoes such as boots or sneakers and clothing you don't mind getting dirty. Long sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses are recommended. WHAT TO EXPECT: Tools, gloves, trash bags, sunscreen, and bug repellent will be provided.
