Mental Health Art Workshop | Spread Kindness: Painting Watercolor Cards

The holiday season can feel lonely and overwhelming. Be a part of something meaningful and feel the joy of connection with others who are spreading kindness. All are welcome, and no art skills are required. We’ll be painting watercolor cards for nursing home residents. Come experience the joy of spreading kindness this holiday season. All supplies provided. What to expect: · Watercolor painting demo · Example of a completed piece and easy to follow instructions · Encouragement and support · Time to paint and write an encouraging note to someone who is lonely Optional Outing: This workshop will include an optional follow up outing. Participants can either give me the card to deliver, or they can join me on a set date to go to the nursing home and hand-deliver the cards with me. She is passionate about helping others embrace their creativity and experience the remarkable power of art to bring joy and calm. Galina offers art workshops that integrate gentle art teaching with a mental health component. She is not a therapist, and workshops are not art therapy.
