Join us as we launch our Summer Sweat Series with an energizing Strength Training class led by Laura Anderson. This kickoff event is designed to bring the community together for a powerful start to a season focused on building strength, improving endurance, and creating consistent, healthy routines. Laura will lead participants through a dynamic, full-body workout emphasizing proper form, functional movement, and effective strength techniques. The class is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels while still offering a rewarding and challenging experience. More than just a workout, the Summer Sweat Series Kickoff is an opportunity to connect, set intentions, and begin the season feeling motivated and supported. Whether you're just getting started or looking to elevate your routine, this event is the perfect way to kick off a summer of strength and wellness. Please bring your own mat and water. By signing up you are reserving your class spot. In the event you can longer attend we ask that you cancel your ticket. If the event is full you may sign up for the waiting list. Wait listed guest will be admitted on a first come first serve basis as space permits 5 min before class starts. At 10:25 am any pre-registered guest may lose their spot to guest on the wait list. Mall entrance opens at 8am - entrances and parking can be found between Dillards & Nordstrom, and behind Barnes & Noble and Dave and Buster's. We are located on level 1 across from James Avery.
