America’s Cutting Edge (ACE) CNC Machining Industry Roundtable Indian River State College (IRSC) and America’s Cutting Edge (ACE)—a national initiative led by the Institute for Advanced Composites Manufacturing Innovation (IACMI) to strengthen U.S. machining and composites manufacturing—are hosting an exclusive industry roundtable focused on the CNC machining sector in South and Central Florida. This will be an opportunity to: * Access training resources to help expand your machining talent pipeline and workforce development strategy: Explore how ACE and Indian River State College can strengthen your talent pipeline by providing a qualified hiring pool and upskilling opportunities for your current workforce. * Identify critical machining workforce gaps and barriers: Collaboratively define the most pressing talent shortages, skill deficiencies, and operational constraints impacting machining nationwide through the lens of the Treasure Coast and neighboring regions.
