Join us at The Doral Yard for two back-to-back classes designed to energize and restore. Start with FIIT, a high-energy, full-body workout focused on strength and cardio, followed by Flow, a guided yoga session to stretch, reset, and recover. Participants are welcome to attend one class or stay for both. Open to all fitness levels in a fun, community-driven outdoor setting. Please bring your own mat, water, and towel, and arrive early to check in.
