Boss Up Youth Summit

BOSS UP YOUTH SUMMIT The Boss Up Youth Summit is an empowering and impactful event designed for youth ages 11–17, with parents and guardians encouraged to attend. This summit focuses on helping young people understand the importance of making positive choices, taking accountability, and building a purpose-driven future. Through engaging panels, real-life conversations, and mentorship from community leaders, advocates, and law enforcement partners, participants will explore topics such as peer pressure, decision-making, consequences of choices, leadership, self-worth, and personal growth. The goal is to educate, inspire, and redirect youth toward positive paths—whether they are trying to avoid negative influences or overcome past challenges. This is a judgment-free space focused on guidance, growth, and empowerment. Youth will gain tools, resources, and encouragement to rise above circumstances and choose progress over setbacks.
