2nd Annual: The Women’s Wellness Experience by LPA

Join us for the 2nd Annual - The Women’s Wellness Experience hosted by LPA. A free, community-centered day devoted to women’s mental health, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. This experience brings together women of all backgrounds to pause, reconnect, and fill their cups through movement, conversation, and community care. You’ll enjoy: * Mindful Movement of Yoga and Pilates Flow sessions led by local instructors YOGA (30mins): Jenn Sjoblom, Engedi Mind•Body PILATES (30mins): Anny Morales, Evolve Trilogy * Mini sound bath experience by LPA Co-Founder, Lupita Alvarez * Inspiring Speakers sharing insights on women’s mental and emotional wellness Araceli Gauna-Scattolini, LMHC, NCC, PMH-C, Atala Counseling Dr. Maresa Lugo, Neurologist, Founder of NeuroCare Center Hands-on activities that support calm, creativity, and connection * Local wellness vendors offering self-care resources, products, and services * Raffles, giveaways, and community networking throughout the day Also - bring period products to donate to Polk Period Pantry! This event is open to all women, whether you’re a mother, student, business owner, or caregiver. Come as you are.
