Join us at 1:00 PM for a leisurely afternoon of exceptional white wines, artisanal cheeses, and chef-prepared fare. The idea is to create an optimal environment for discussion and education. We will taste top quality classic with a special Chef's Salad and artisan Cheese. We will compare and contrast classic regions and styles, discover new favorites, and experience how thoughtful food pairings transform each glass. The tasting is presented in five themed flights, exploring Sancerre, Sauvignon Blancs of the World, Chablis, Domestic Chardonnay, and a final flight of mystery Whites. This is the first time offering this program; we begin with a minimum of 10 wines, tasting two from each category. We open additional bottles as attendance grows, creating an ever-expanding tasting experience. Whether you're a seasoned collector or simply love great white wine, this is a relaxed, interactive lunch designed to educate, surprise, and delight.
