You won’t just leave with a new routine; you’ll leave with a completely renewed energy. ⏱️ THE 90-MINUTE BREAKDOWN * 5:00 PM - 5:15 PM | The Power Up: A targeted, low-impact workout to activate your core, glutes, and ankles for ultimate stability. * 5:15 PM - 5:30 PM | The Walk & Waves: Master the iconic "Femininity Walk" and learn the secrets behind slow, fluid body waves. * 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM | The Choreography: Learn a bold, sensual, and easy-to-follow routine to Stepping into my Power. * 6:15 PM - 6:30 PM | The Release & Glow: A deeply restorative stretch followed by an exclusive Grand Opening "Sip & Glow" session to chat and toast to your new era. 👠 WHAT TO WEAR & BRING * Attire: Wear whatever makes you feel like a Queen. A blazer over a bodysuit, leggings and a crop top, or your favorite matching set. * Footwear: Heels are highly recommended but never mandatory! If you're a beginner, booties, or a lower, supportive heel are perfect. Sneakers are always welcome if you prefer. * Bring: A water bottle and your fiercest energy. 📍 WHERE TO FIND US Our beautiful studio space is located on N. Wickham Road, right next door to StretchAbility. There is plenty of free, well-lit parking available right in front of the building.
