It is the ultimate source of energy, the dictator of time, and the fundamental genesis of light. In Sun Worship, the dynamic community of artists and photographers at Solas Studio comes together to explore our enduring relationship with the center of our solar system. This exhibition delves into the multifaceted interpretations of the sun—from ancient mythologies and ritualistic reverence to the sweltering, unyielding intensity of a Manhattan summer. For visual creators, the sun represents more than a celestial body; it provides the essential element of their craft.
