Unwind your mind and body mid-week. Presented in partnership with Fit Fort Lauderdale, this evening class is the perfect way to transition from your workday into a restful night. Join us at Lauderdale Manors for a 60-minute session designed to release tension in the shoulders and hips, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. You will leave feeling grounded, looser, and mentally refreshed. * When: Every Wednesday * Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM * Where: Lauderdale Manors Park * Class Style: Vinyasa Flow (Stress Relief & Flexibility) * Level: All experience levels are welcome. * What to Bring: Yoga mat, towel, and water.
