Oyster Fest

OYSTER FEST Join us for a full day of community, culture, and connection at our 2nd Annual Oyster Festival! We’ll kick off the morning with Praise & Worship from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM, along with Yoga in the Park beginning at 9:00 AM to help you start your day refreshed and energized. At 10:00 AM, we’ll host a Community Meeting, bringing everyone together before the Oyster Festival officially begins at 11:00 AM. Once the festival starts, enjoy a lively atmosphere featuring a live band, DJ, great food, local vendors, and a fun Kid Zone with activities like face painting and oyster shell crafts. Learn more about the importance of oysters and the benefits they bring to our waterways while enjoying the festivities. Inside the community center, we’ll also offer Wealth Building Workshop Sessions hosted by FCAR and Wealth Watchers starting at 11:30 AM: • 11:30 AM – 12:05 PM: Financial Wellness • 12:15 PM – 12:50 PM: Home Buying 101 • 1:00 PM – 1:35 PM: Estate Planning • 1:45 PM – 2:20 PM: Mortgage Assistance Programs All sessions will be repeated in the same order beginning at 2:30 PM.
