On Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 (10:00am - 12:00pm) we will celebrate the 29th Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day and Expo at The YMCA in Hallendale. We will be offering Free Jimmy Johns Box Lunches For the First 100 Guests, Healthy activities, Health screenings, Free Raffle Prizes - ($ 1,000 in Prizes – Including a Flat Screen TV, Gift Cards, 1 Year YMCA membership and more), DJ & Entertainment and much more.
