Encuentro is not your regular wellbeing event—it’s an intentional gathering created exclusively for women to connect, move, and grow together in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Take time to meet new women, exchange stories, encourage one another, and build meaningful, genuine relationships in a space designed to foster belonging. This event is for women of all backgrounds and stages of life who are looking to: • Experience mindful movement • Meet like-minded women • Support local women-owned businesses • Learn from inspiring stories • Feel encouraged, welcomed, and connected What to Expect 🌿 Guided Somatic Movement & Hip Mobility 45 minutes Class Reconnect with your body through mindful movement designed to improve mobility, release tension, and promote nervous system regulation. 🎙️ Latina Motivational Guest Speakers Hear from inspiring Latina women who will share honest stories of resilience, healing, and personal growth. They’ll remain available for conversations throughout the event because sometimes one meaningful conversation can change everything. 🛍️ Women-Owned Local Businesses Discover and support incredible women entrepreneurs offering sweets, floral services, and health & beauty services. Event Details Date: Saturday, July 11 Time: 7:00 AM Location: Proksa Park (3001 Wisconsin Ave. Berwyn, IL 60402) Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and settle in before we begin. What to Bring * Yoga mat or blanket * Water * Comfortable clothing (Pink attire encouraged but not required) * Open heart A Few Things to Know: • This is an all-women event. • Space is intentionally limited to preserve an intimate and welcoming experience. Limited tickets available. • Registration is required. • This event will take place outdoors at Proksa Park. •Free street parking available.
