WWE Florida: Lyonia Preserve FL Scrub Jay Birding Hike (For Women ages 18+)

Join Women Who Explore on a 2.4 mile hike through the full sun, sandy scrub habitat, at Lyonia Preserve in Deland in search of the Florida Scrub Jay. Parking is onsite at the trailhead behind the Deltona Regional Library and Lyonia Environmental Center. There is no shade and trails are soft, deep sand. Wear closed toed shoes, bring water, and sun protection. Optional lunch at a local restaurant afterwards. Two steps to register. 1.
