Free Health Fair: Mammograms, Eye Exams, Prostate, Heart, Diabetes & Kidney

Join us for a Free Community Health Fair on June 6 from 11 AM–5 PM! Get important health screenings all in one place, including mammograms, eye exams, prostate screenings, HIV & syphilis testing, A1C diabetes screening, kidney health screening, cholesterol/lipid panel, inflammation screening, Lipoprotein(a), and Alzheimer’s-related pTau 217 screening for ages 50–85. Eye exams are available for babies 6 months and older, children, and adults. Free glasses may be available for those who qualify. Bring your family, take care of your health, and connect with friendly healthcare professionals in the community.
