Chapter events are smaller SFA surf events that are run by local volunteers committed to the organization and providing services in their community. Event will run May thru September on the 2nd and 3rd Saturday of each month. When you register to participate or volunteer, you will be registering for both Saturday events that month. Each Saturday will consist of Two 45-minute Surf Sessions, one from 9 AM to 9:45 AM and one from 10 AM to 10:45 AM. Participants will either register to surf in either Session #1 or Session #2 for that month. Volunteers will be registering to help with both sessions that day and that month. Please make sure you sign the Liability Waiver and bring it with you the first event day.
