Sunrise Mat Pilates with Lexi and Cheyenne Hawkins

Join us for a FREE sunrise beach mat Pilates class led by sister duo Lexi and Cheyenne Hawkins! We are offering two sessions—7:00 AM and 8:00 AM—both starting promptly, so please arrive early to allow time to park, walk to our location on the sand, and set up your mat. Just bring your mat and water—no additional equipment is needed. Parking at Lori Wilson Park is free and first come, first served. We’ll have music and a welcoming atmosphere, so feel free to stay after class to connect and chat with the HILI community. All attendees who RSVP and participate will receive access to an exclusive membership discount at HILI Fitness Waterford Lakes and Lake Nona locations.
