Community Unity: A New Year, New You is a signature New Year wellness, empowerment, and resource event designed to energize families and strengthen the Houston community. This annual gathering brings together residents, community leaders, local businesses, health partners, and nonprofit organizations for a transformative day of celebration, wellness, and connection. Our mission is to create an uplifting environment where community members can receive vital resources, access free health services, support local businesses, and begin the year with tools to live healthier, more successful lives.
