First Friday Sound Bath & Community Gathering

START YOUR NEW FIRST FRIDAY RITUAL WITH US. Beginning August 7th, join Soulnique Sound and Balance Studio on the first Friday of every month 7:00 - 9:00 pm for an evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and begin your weekend feeling grounded. Each gathering begins with a 60-minute immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments to support deep relaxation, nervous system restoration, and inner stillness. After the sound bath, stay and connect with the community. While every month will offer time to gather together, the post-event experience may change throughout the year; from snacks and mocktails to local wellness pop-ups, special guests, seasonal experiences, and other opportunities to connect. Whether you're brand new to sound baths or already part of the wellness community, this is a welcoming space to meet like-minded people, make meaningful connections, and create a monthly ritual of self-care.
