St. Pete Tangerine Plaza Cleanup

It’s that time of year again! Keep Pinellas Beautiful is excited to announce the 2025 Great American Cleanup (GAC) taking place from March 1st – June 30th. This Keep America Beautiful signature event engages thousands of volunteers, removing litter and beautifying locations throughout Pinellas County. The City of St. Pete and Keep Pinellas Beautiful are joining forces to host a community cleanup on Sunday, May 18th. This event is free and open to all, so gather your friends and join us! Please note: Volunteers under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult. Special thanks to our GAC sponsors: Pinellas County, Keep America Beautiful, City of St. Petersburg, City of Clearwater, City of Largo, FDOT, Surfing's Evolution & Preservation Foundation, Waste Pro, Trademark Metals Recycling, and Chick-fil-A. *** WHERE TO MEET: Tangerine Plaza Parking Lot - 1780 22nd St. S St. Petersburg, FL 33712 WHEN: Cleanup begins at 10:00 AM. Please arrive a few minutes early to check-in. WHAT TO WEAR: Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes, sun protection and weather appropriate clothing. WHAT TO EXPECT: Cleanup supplies will be provided. A water refill station will be available, please bring a reusable water bottle. Please note there are no public restrooms onsite. PARKING: Free parking will be available onsite at the Tangerine Plaza parking lot.
