🌿 Women’s Ministries Leadership Training Rooted in Grace: Flourishing in Faith, Friendship & Purpose 📍 Houston, Texas | 📅 January 17–18, 2026 The Women’s Ministries Leadership Training is a grace-centered, in-person experience designed to equip, encourage, and renew both new and seasoned Women’s Ministries leaders as we step into a new year of service. This training focuses on helping leaders serve from a place of spiritual grounding, clarity, and sustainability—leading with grace, not guilt. Participants will gain practical leadership tools, insight for planning with purpose, and encouragement for navigating ministry challenges with wisdom and compassion. The weekend includes a full day of leadership training on Saturday, covering spiritual grounding, generational leadership, planning with purpose, vision alignment, and leadership essentials. Saturday evening features a special self-care and pampering session created to refresh and restore leaders who faithfully pour into others. On Sunday morning, a consecration service and a final workshop that focuses on compassion, care, and healthy leadership practices.
