Ready to level up your summer? I Am Me Mindfulness Camp is now a Pokémon Training adventure! Support your child’s well-being with mindful play, creative crafts, and Pokémon fun. In addition, we will explore the dynamic power of community by way of: ~Daily mindfulness activities ~Learning stress management techniques to reduce daily meltdowns ~Cultivating trust, loyalty & confidence through team building activities ~Building friendships that nurture & empower the mind and heart Through this incredible fusion of greatness, my intentions are for your child’s creativity to shine while also learning the importance of deep breathing, confident, self love and mindfulness.
