Help remove invasive beach naupaka and collect trash at Jupiter Beach Park

Good morning TC CISMA, Please join us for a coastal invasive plant removal effort at Jupiter Beach Park. We will be targeting beach naupaka (Scaevola taccada), a highly invasive shrub that was once planted for beach stabilization but now forms dense thickets that degrade dunes and coastal wetlands throughout South Florida. Gloves, spray bottles, and herbicide will be provided. We will also collect trash along the way. Conditions are expected to be sunny and hot, so please come prepared with sunscreen and plenty of water.
