Heart Opening Beach Meditation With Sound Experience

Start your week with intention, calm, and an open heart. Join me at Bruce's Beach for a guided heart-opening meditation overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Together, we'll slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and create space for presence, gratitude, and acceptance. Our time together begins with a guided meditation designed to help quiet the mind and gently open the heart. We'll close the experience with the soothing sounds of a gong and chimes, allowing the vibrations to deepen your sense of peace and carry you into the week feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to receive whatever comes your way. This is the first time I've offered one of these community meditation experiences since last summer. While most of my meditation and sound sessions now take place in corporate settings, I'm excited to bring this practice back to the community for a limited series during the summer months. After our meditation, I invite you to linger for a while. Take in the ocean view, walk down to the beach, connect with others, or simply enjoy a few extra moments of stillness before heading into your week. What to bring: * A yoga mat or beach blanket * A light sweatshirt or layers (the morning ocean breeze can be cool) * Water * Anything else that helps you feel comfortable relaxing outdoors * Optional: feel free to bring a journal for the sessions end. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, more centered, and with a heart that's open to the beauty of the present moment.
