This class will prep you for a Pilates reformer class and get the most out of your legs, arms, and abs with energizing variations of lunges, planks, pikes, crunches, and more. This class starts at 10am, so please arrive 10 minutes early for a smooth check-in and don’t forget to bring a mat, water, and an optional set of hand weights.
