MIDWEEK RESET RESTORATIVE YOGA THERAPY Restorative Yoga Therapy & Guided Breathwork Wednesdays | 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM Beginning July 15 with Dani Webb McNichol, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500 Take a midweek pause to restore your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with your breath. This gentle, posture-focused Restorative Yoga Therapy class integrates supported yoga postures, guided diaphragmatic breathing, mindful movement, and deep relaxation to reduce stress, improve posture and body awareness, and cultivate balance, resilience, and overall well-being. Designed for all experience levels, this small-group class offers individualized guidance and a therapeutic approach to self-care through mindful movement, breath, and restorative practices. Gentle hands-on adjustments are available for those who would like additional support.
