May is a time to reflect on mental health and the small, meaningful ways we can create “more good days” in our lives. In this group, we’ll explore how connection, shared stories, and mutual support can brighten our days and strengthen our emotional well-being. Together, we’ll honor the friendships that have shaped us, appreciate the support we have today, and recognize how simply being present with one another can bring comfort, joy, and resilience. This is a space for listening, sharing, and uplifting one another—because even on difficult days, we don’t have to go through them alone.
