Whether you're coming for the fitness classes, friendly competition, or just to vibe and reset, we’ve packed the day with activities to elevate your festival experience. SCHEDULE & RUN-OF-SHOW * 11:00 AM – 11:25 AM | Yoga & Restoration: Find your flow, balance, and alignment with expert-led stretching. (25 minutes) * 12:00 PM | Konpa Class – Fluid, rhythmic steps to get your body moving. * 1:00 PM | Soca Fit with Tiff – High-energy, rhythm-based fitness. * In-Between Activities | High-energy relay races (egg and spoon, 3-legged race, needle and thread), hula hooping, and jump rope. * Stretch Table: Professional assisted-stretching available to release tension. * Closing Flow: The session will officially conclude with a 10-minute restorative meditation. COMMUNITY CARE & HEALTH * Vitality Station: Staffed by 1 professional nurse and 1 doctor to provide basic health screenings and peace of mind while you participate.
