THE III MOVEMENT X NATALIE DYNIA: RUN, PILATES & BAGELS Join The III Movement and Natalie Dynia for a beach morning of movement and connection. We’ll kick off with a 1-mile guided beach run, followed by a 30-minute Pilates flow led by Natalie. After class, enjoy bagels on the beach from Brooklyn Dough and time to hang out with the community. All levels are welcome!! What’s included: • 1-mile beach run • 30-min Pilates class • Bagels + electrolytes Bring a towel, water, and change of clothes if you plan on going in the ocean!
